Hi Elizabeth, Bulabog is mainly for kite and windsurfing. It isn't a very safe to swim there because of the watersport action on the water, and because of the sea urchins on the bottom. It's closest to Station 2 and about a 5 minutes walk. Unless you're going to Boracay for surfing I recommend staying at White Beach instead.
